Equity Funding

Our current interests in equity funding is limited to buying distressed commercial notes, apartment and hotels-motels. Should the situation warrants we can consider from outright purchases to joint venture. As all distressed situations are case-locals, we need to analyze in depth all specifics pertaining to the transaction. We will provide equity infusion in bankruptcies situations as well as distressed loan work outs. Our funding comes from our private capital as well as from our affiliates.
